With 4 boys in our family, we have regular haircut evenings. It's almost an olympian event. As you can see, Gavin did not want to be in the torture chair this evening and Dawson didn't know why his parents would subject him to such maltreatment. Call 911!

The dreaded hair cuts! Even Todd doesn't like them in our house, and he doesn't have age as an excuse!
I totally agree- I have to wear Ryan down over WEEKS to get him to submit to the clippers! Heaven help us when we have boys someday. :)
uh, yeah. We've tried the whole "cut the boys hair ourselves" thing. It didn't work for us, they turned out looking like holocaust survivors. Glad you guys have got it down :)
